It's a wonderful and joyous time of year, and provides the perfect opportunity for our finely tuned workout routines to be replaced by a month or more of high-calorie dieting and sedentary living. But, you say, how can I possibly maintain my current level of fitness with all of the demands this time of year brings?
The fallacy is in thinking that there is a way to maintain your current level of fitness while the demands on your time increase.
